Lift Oven with Automatic Elevating Base

Gaggenau introduces very interesting oven. With simple push of a button, its glass ceramic base will lower directly from the oven to your countertop, where you can easily load food and then raise it into the cooking cavity.

Here are some other oven features…

  • Since heat rises, the heat will remain in the oven cavity, which means minimal energy loss during the lift operation.
  • The functionality of this oven will increase safety, because you won’t need to reach into the hot oven to remove food.
  • The oven provides automatic temperature recommendation and precise temperature control. This precise temperature control will be especially important in the preparation of some dishes. For example, you will be able to roast large items at lower temperature and keep them warm for several hours without any loss of quality.
  • It has also self-cleaning program (which operates at 905°F) that will burn off splashes and residues left behind by cooked food. You will simply need to wipe your oven with a damp cloth when it is ready with the cleaning.
  • Its innovative design allows you to place the oven on the kitchen wall between the above cabinets, which will be useful for you if your kitchen is small and there isn’t enough space on the floor.

Whirlpool Refrigerator Capacity and Flexibility Buying Guide

Friday, September 21st, 2007

This is an informative article. Here is some of the information that you will find by clicking on the link below:

Refrigerators are available in many sizes and with versatile interior shelving and storage space. Consider a model that will not just fit everything, but make it all easy to reach.

Before you begin to shop, think about how much shelf and bin space you use and the shapes and sizes of items you typically store. The ability to organize groceries and manage space is just as important as having enough room. Some models offer many options regarding where and how you can arrange your storage bins and shelves and store your food.

When you shop for capacity, it’s important to look for a model that’s neither too small nor too large. Consider the capacity of your current refrigerator and how well it fits your groceries before you decide to increase or decrease the size of your model. The average refrigerator provides between 18 and 26 cubic feet of storage space. Models with top and bottom freezers typically have a capacity range of 10 to 22 cubic feet. For an average family of four, 19-22 cubic feet is ideal. A very large side-by-side model could have a capacity as large as 26 cubic feet.
